Ruchama Viljean
Founder and President
Ruchama Viljean is Founder and President of Sarepta Women and Children Empowerment Center, Inc. Pediatric Nurse and Multilingual Medical Interpreter, she has been in the non-profit space, providing support and assistance to women, children, and families in Greater Boston for health education, family assistance, and housing-related services. Her work serves primarily low-income and immigrant populations in the Greater Boston area and beyond. Her social media presence on YouTube with Conseils Santé avec NurseRuche provides health education and Instagram with Ruche Garden explores intersections of gardening and trauma healing and stress management therapy.
Rhode Germain
Treasurer
Rhode Germain has been with Sarepta Women and Children Empowerment Center, Inc. since its founding in 2015. Her experience in non-profit finance and management are invaluable to our organization. Rhode is truly a joy to be around and work every single day.
Marie Lafortune

With us since our founding, Marie Lafortune is one of our founding team members. She brings her years of experience in child development and education and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed.
